Our Story
Started by Finishing What Others Left Behind
Red Spade Repairs opened its doors in Coral Springs in 2012. From the start, a lot of our work looked the same way: a homeowner or business owner called us after a build had already gone sideways. The schedule had slipped, two subs were blaming each other, and the permit file was a mess.
Stepping into those jobs taught us something most builders never have to learn. Finishing your own clean project is one trade. Taking over a half-built site, figuring out what is sound, and driving it to the finish is another one entirely, and it is the one we got good at.
Fourteen years later, we still do both. We build ground-up projects, and we rescue the ones other contractors abandoned. The thread through all of it is a single accountable team that does not disappear when the work gets hard.

The Work
From Bare Lots to Stalled Job Sites
On the residential side, we build mid-to-high-end custom homes and design-build projects, plus ground-up new construction and conversions up to three floors. As an authorized San Juan dealer we also handle fiberglass pool installation.
Commercially, we specialize in medical office build-outs and restaurant spaces, where mechanical, electrical, and code details decide whether you open on schedule.
And we keep properties running long after the build. Our property maintenance and repair team serves commercial buildings, residential rentals, and short-term-rental hosts, covering plumbing, electrical, and roofing work between guests and tenants.
On the rescue side, we clear stop-work orders through red flag resolution, finish abandoned jobs, and legally take over permits with a change of contractor. Holding it all together is hands-on construction project management.
Wherever the job sits, from Broward County up to Palm Beach County and out to the Keys, the same team runs the schedule.
